Nonostante la compagnia navale per un ritardo non chiedesse nulla per il cambio biglietti , Li ho chiamati per cambiare giorno e hanno provato a prendermi 30 euro con una scusa quando invece era gratis !! Vergognatevi !!

Gentile Cliente, in seguito a una verifica relativa al suo biglietto la informiamo che la somma richiesta pari a 30€ era imputabile semplicemente al cambio tariffario della compagnia di navigazione per il cambio richiesto, non attribuibile al nostro centro prenotazioni. Inoltre, come abbiamo potuto riscontrare con la compagnia stessa, Lei non ha portato a termine nessuna variazione direttamente con la società marittima, pertanto risulta ovvio che la stessa non le abbia domandato nessuna somma aggiuntiva. Restiamo disponibili per ulteriori chiarimenti in merito, lo Staff di Traghettilines
