L’app sul pad funziona male. Non si poteva scrivere email e n. Telefono del richiedente. Dopo vari tentativi rifacendo tutto dall’inizio ho fatto la prenotazione e il pagamento con il pc. In passato ho prenotato col pad ed ha funzionato bene.

Si vous avez besoin de porter autres bagages, on peut faire directement le ticket au guichet du port quand on convertira le coupon en ticket, on devra se présenter avant 45 minutes. Servizio intuitivo e veloce. Un consiglio: per rendere migliore questo servizio sarebbe utile un modo per confrontare più opzioni di viaggio, in modo che il cliente che visita il sito possa, in maniera rapida e comoda, trovare la miglior soluzione!

Dear customer, unfortunately several naval companies did not entail the issue of an e- ticket ready for the embarcation, but a voucher that should be converted at the ticket office before the departure. The utility of buying a voucher on line is to make sure the availability of the choosen departure time and do not have a risk to not find a place for that departure once at port. thank you, Ok-Ferry staff

There should be information about baggage. Is baggage allowed? If yes, how much? There is only an option to select extra baggage as an accessory. What does 'extra' mean?

Dear customer, we kindly inform that on the ticket's price is included one luggage. Any luggage bigger then the standard measures or any other luggage would be considered as an "extra luggage". In the case that you should add an extra luggage once the ticket has been issued, you can buy the extra luggage at the port. Pas assez d'informations avant de sélectionner les trajets : - être combien de temps à l'avance, - bagages inclus ou suppléments, - places réservées ou pas ... Réservation liaison Catane - Milazzo : on a l'impression que les 2 sites sont en lien, mais pas du tout. D'où erreur sur les réservation ferry e- pas assez de temps et quand on change d'horaire, on paye des frais ...

You tricked me into booking. I looked at your website and searched. I never entered into a contract. I bought the ticket through SNAF You send me a tricky email that made me think my ticket still needed to be paid for so I clicked and double paid. Your refund was only for 70% you are scam artists!!!
