It was impossible to buy return tickets, propably for the company to get the booking fee twice.

We remind you that on our website there are our contacts to call us and ask all the questions that you have. Our staff is available 7 days out of 7 from 8 to 20.00 . Einfach zu bedienende Internetpräsenz. Lediglich die für eine Buchung eigentlichen unwichtigen Detail (Fahrzeughersteller und Fahrzeugmodell) können zu Problemen führen, wenn man nicht Besitzer des Fahrzeugs ist, sondern lediglich Mieter. Denn, wie in meinem Fall, habe ich ein Fahrzeug einer bestimmten Klasse gemietet und werde ers am Tag der Entgegenname wissen, welches das sein wird.

Very good but please make it VERY CLEAR on the website that the PDF ticket that is sent by email must be exchanged for the actual Boarding Passes at the ticket booth in Beverello.
